The service was actually very good, with an inspection and a quote prior to any work. The communication during the car's time in the garage was good and the results are good. I have 2 minor issues:
1. When I dropped the car off the regular customer facing employee was not there and the guy at reception was brash almost to the point of being rude.
2. Not the cheapest.
The Ford Fiesta they worked on is running well, so fair play!

Went above and beyond repairing our motorhome at very short notice enabling us to go on our trip. They were extremely busy but still squeezed us in. Very knowledgeable and friendly as always. They definitely went the extra mile. A big thank you. Karen and Mark.

Booked a full service with this garage. I was really pleased with the customer service, punctuality and care given with my vehicle. Communication was great, informing me of the progress and status of my service, and when they were dropping my car back (much earlier than expected which was great).
Highly recommended, I will be using this garage again.

Had brilliant service this morning with help to access my radio. I phoned on a couple of occasions and was always had a friendly reception and given advice. Easy to get an appointment and was so happy with the service provided and professionalism. Definitely would recommend.

Brilliant service done with care, transparency, and a quick turn around. Andy the service manager who arranged the repairs; and carried out repairs, Jamie who was at the front desk are top people, just from waiting 2 hours at this garage I could really tell they were open and honest, answering any questions I had but also having a chat throughout to make the time pass by quicker. I couldn’t recommend them enough and would go again even with a 1.5 hour travel time.
